Urban design principles include simple and elegant as well as large pieces of furniture with sleekness, classic decor, and geometrical patterns. The color palette consists of a neutral blending with colors reminds of the earth, all of which are characterized by straightforward open areas, bright colors.

The $14 million was invested in the renovation hotel project for the guestrooms and suites of the Kimpton Alexis Hotel in Seattle. The project was completed in 2019 with 731 guestrooms and corridors. The redesign is surrounded by the beautiful city lifestyle of Washington state as well as the hotel’s long history.
The hotel furniture was recreated to include urban style themes, as seen by rich black leather, walnut wood, and brass accents. The bedrooms’ custom-made headboards are tilted toward the Art Deco-style frames.
